Marketing Small Businesses With Twitter

When you are a small mom-and-pop business with little to no marketing budget, Twitter is proving a useful medium to attract attention. Just like with the Korean Burrito example in class, a small business in San Francisco with a similar revenue model opened a Creme Brulee cart and used Twitter as their main marketing model. They also posted when they would be a different locations around the city, they now have 5,400 followers!
