I found this article tonight and I thought it was pretty interesting. A company called Buddy Media is according to CEO Mike Lazerow, "likened the platform to a "WordPress or TypePad" for brand pages". From reading the article, whose link is above, I basically found out that Buddy Media is trying to be an assistant by which agencies ad brands can develop cheap, easy to maintain, optimizable social media platforms for themselves.
Perhaps as this gets to be a bigger initiative, Buddy Media may be able to help streamline some of the social media strategies of companies. And, maybe this is useful for suggestions to our clients?
