Wow this article really kind of surprised me! It is exciting to see this is a possibility. Soooo many times do I see friends complaining by their twitter or facebook status about different companies that have displeased them. To think that a corporation or company would choose to check in on their clients and guests with these social media really shows another unique way social media can benefit the organization. This allows for feedback that may not have enticed the person to make the effort to formalize a complaint, but by noticing and acting on it, would definitely take that guest by surprise and make them more loyal to the company.
