This article has to do with brands that have decided to entirely use social media as their form of brand marketing. It's a short little article in which the author, someone who's career mainly focuses on the benefits of social media, criticizes marketers that have decided to go for budget-cutting social media marketing strategies entirely. Some businesses have decided that they can accomplish everything with social media, however, by cutting out the rest of the marketing mix, they cannot gain new customers and quickly go out of business.
