Mashable posted this article about the top ten social media tools for entrepreneurs. Nor surprisingly; twitter, facebook, linkedIn, You Tube, and google applications were on the list however there were a few less well known ones. Some of the ones I found most interesting were Mailchimp, Get Satisfaction, Basecamp and User Voice. The mailchimp tool allows you to easily monitor and track email lists and directories. Get Satisfaction and User Voice are aimed at customer support and how your cutomers perceive your organization. Lastly, Basecamp is an easy to use project management tool for both organizations and customer needs. The link to the article is posted below.
