I think many businesses now need to have some sort of social media in order to attract more consumers. Sometimes when we find out that a company doesn't have twitter, people are generally shocked to hear this. So I think this was a great way to help those people get started.
This a great article because there are a lot of things that I didn't know about. I think this list would be helpful for almost any business with an online presence.
