Choosing Death Before Lack of Social Media?

Posted by Kaity in , , ,

Yes the title is correct-- I recently found an article, which describes a survey of college students on their social media use.

And I quote "A recent survey of college students dually coordinated by the Participatory Marketing Network and Pace University’s Lubin School of Business’ IDM Lab discovered that students on average spend 33 hours on social media sites. However, when asked if they could go a week without it, only 9% said death would be a better option."

Death? Really...wow. Additionally, 26% respectively said they really couldn’t make it without email or text messaging.

Do you think you would feel that abandoned by a week without these?

See the article here.
