Most Used and Abused Web Design Trends of All Time

I found this list of basically the most annoying internet trends (mostly popular in the 90's) to hit the web. They are all pretty obviously taboo now, but it is interesting to look back on them and remember how popular these styles once were - I know I used at least six of these trends on my first site. Some of these design trends are still popular today (especially the image of shaking hands), but most web designers know to stay away from them if they want to keep their visitors.
Take a look at the list. Which designs do you still see today? If these were the fads of the 90's, which trends of today do you think will be abandoned as fads?
Personally, I think auto-play video on a website (especially in ads) is a trend long past its welcome, and will soon be taboo for any website trying to project a professional image, just as the trends on this list are.
