I really appreciate that we talked about Steve Ballmer in class. I ran into this video online and I knew I had to share it with our community. 
Apparently he's been like that for a while.

Ballmer loses it more often than you can keep track. We could probably have a book on Ballmerisms and it would be a best seller. Seriously though, he is a great spin master.
