I think this is a great option for small businesses to utilize. In a previous class (Literary & Cultural Studies), we were required to post on a class wiki and it was very interesting how it changed over time as it was edited by different members of the class. A small business with a wiki would really allow for many different people to communicate information and ideas among each other, while allowing equal participation of all employees.
