Augmented Reality?

  • Augmented reality is basically like looking at the world through a camera, and that camera not only displays what you see but what the program wants to show you. For example in this image the yellow circle shows the location of a restaurant with the percentage of people that liked the restaurant inside the circle.
How do you think this will effect the market place?

I have been looking at this technology for a while and I really hope this is what the future will look like. I remember when I first saw Iron Man and it showed Tony Stark's helmet with augmented reality implemented in it, and I thought it was one of the coolest things I have ever seen.

I would love to see this become more widespread. It sounds like a great idea. We become more connected every day.
