Verizon vs AT&T

Mashable recently posted an article about a lawsuit between AT&T and Verizon. The lawsuit stems from Verizon's advertisements; "There's a map for that". The campaign includes a map comparison of the 3G coverage across the nation which AT&T claims is misleading. Although AT&T does have the vast 3G coverage in comparison to Verizon the advertisement does contain fine-print which excludes certain coverage areas. Does the AT&T case hold water?
